"Have just left raumati sands with heavy hearts. Was such a lovely stay! Hosts are awesome nothings to much of a hassle and they made us feel so welcome pool was gorgeous room ( we stayed in the king suite) was exceptional 10/10 my son loved the pool and was lovely on a hot evening. Will be back!"

"For every star I leave/don’t leave, I include a reason:

1. We have kids and asked for highchairs, cribs, etc.. Not only did they give us everything we asked for, they set it all up.

2. Needed more trash bags (kids), they accommodated.

3. The cleaners asked if we needed a sheet change (which we did… kids). The kids were napping so they came back the next day at the exact time I requested.

4. Rooms/living space was super clean when we arrived.

5. The staff went out of their way to ask how our stay was several times.

Bonus: super convenient location. We’re from the US and don’t visit New Zealand frequently, but we will be returning to Raumati Sands. Wonderful place, couldn’t recommend it more!"
