Group Bookings require 7 days notice of cancellation or amendment.
No charge if cancellation notice is received 48 hours prior to check in, after that one or two nights’ tariff will be charged. For bookings from 22 Dec to 07 Jan: No charge for cancelations two weeks prior to check in, after that minimum of three nights’ tariff will be charged. For Group booking: Will require at least seven days notice. Enquire at time of booking.
Late check-in:
Our check-in is between 2:00 and 6.00pm. You must contact us prior to 6:00 pm to obtain check-in details and apartment allocation if you are planning to arrive after 6:00 pm. If you’re expecting to arrive late please make contact with us for options to be arranged. We will not be able to accept late check-in if we cannot pre-authorise your credit card.
